Denton is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Denton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The food is just about ok but there have been times when it has been terrible (burnt bagels, missing items). The service is just a big zero though. They sometimes mess up orders, then there is the attitude the staff shows, just uninterested to serve customers I guess. Even the store manager wasn't any better. The atmosphere is great but what good is the atmosphere when the service is absolutely bad and the quality of the food is like a game of roulette? Just avoid this location, and there are many small bagel shops you could rather go to.

First time coming going to a Einstein Bros Bagels and I came within an hour of them closing and the staff was very helpful with helping me sign up for rewards so I could get a free bagel and I wasnโt too for sure what the specific name for a bagel was that I wanted and when I started naming off the ingredients from what I remember seeing on the menu they knew exactly which bagel it was. And I also got the cinnamon sugar bagel with plain cream cheese and that one was exceptional it was very soft and toasted perfectly. Iโve been to a few bagel places around texas and usually I have to fight with the bagel to get it to tear apart but not this one. 10/10 would recommend, very fresh and helpful staff!

Ordered a bagel with lox and shmear. Didn't even get it toasted. My friend ordered a sandwich right before me. She got her sandwich in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before asking where my food was. I can tell the cashier was frustrated with the crew when they responded. The cashier had to make my bagel. Yes they were busy and stuff happens but they have systems in place to show how long I was waiting and it seems like they simply skipped me... While waiting, a group that ordered ahead of me asked for 3 sandwiches on everything bagels. I remember seeing in the basket that there were at least half a dozen of those bagels available. However, 10 minutes later the same cashier had to explain that by the time they got to their order, all the everything bagels were gone. Seems like these mistakes are training opportunities.
